Proudly Handmade in Canada

These refillable leather journals are handmade from rich brown chrome-tanned leather, and designed to hold standard A5 notebook inserts. The signature front pocket is made from the raw 'live edge' of the hide.

The Forest Keep collection includes handmade refillable leather journals inspired by forest canopies and root systems. Available in Root (rich brown) and Canopy (deep green), each cover is hand-sewn and designed for long-term everyday carry.
DESCRIPTION

Handmade in small batches in my Canadian workshop, each Traveller's Notebook cover is made using carefully selected leather and traditional leatherworking techniques. Designed for everyday use, these refillable covers develop character with age, becoming more personal with every journey.

Thoughtfully Made, Inside and Out

  • Handcrafted in Canada: Individually made in my one-woman workshop using traditional leatherworking methods.
  • Quality Leather: Carefully selected for durability, character, and the beautiful patina many leathers develop over time.
  • Refillable Design: An elastic binding system holds up to three notebook inserts, allowing you to replace filled notebooks without replacing your cover.
  • Customisable Details: Selected designs offer a choice of elastic colours, stitching, and LoopGuard pen holders.
  • Made for Everyday: Designed to accompany your journaling, planning, sketching, and adventures.
  • Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee: All Rowsome Leather pieces are made from premium leathers, and are fully hand-stitched using waxed harness or poly threads.
