I love my TN so much! I was nervous about ordering because I hadn't seen any video reviews where I could see the leather. I can say it is such a lush, yummy leather that smells and feels so good! It is very smooth, quite thick, and does lay flat. I think the way the elastic is bound is genius and an elegant solution that leaves less knot bumps on the spine. The pen loop fits both of my thicker fountain pens (Kaweco and TWSBI) which is a huge plus-- I do have to fiddle with the pen loop to lay the cover flat, but not a big issue. I have mine somewhat full and the TN zip pocket does stick out a bit which I don't mind. Really happy with my purchase!
I’m new to trying a new everyday journaling habit with this folio and a couple field notes. This has been the perfect fit for me. I love the leather, and the front pocket. Would totally recommend it. I think this one will last me a lifetime, but if it ever dies on me I’d definitely buy again. It was very thoughtfully packed, and arrived even faster than expected despite international shipping.
