Shipping policy

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at check-out, based on item(s) weight and dimensions, selected delivery service, and location of delivery. Tracking is included on all orders.

All in-stock items ship within 2-4 business days. Shipping time frames for bespoke and custom items will be discussed at the time of inquiry, and will depend on production time. 

The customer is responsible for any customs, duties, and/or import taxes or tariffs that may apply.

Please also consider the possibility of delays due to customs, especially around the holidays.

Local pick-up is available at my home, or at a public space nearby. If you select local pick-up, I will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a date, time, and location.

Please note that I am not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once delivered. Please ensure you have your order sent to a safe, secure location where it will not be stolen.
