Long Haul is a collection of Traveller's Notebooks, made from wax-rich Chromexcel leather - a hot-stuffed leather renowned for its durability, flexibility, and exceptional patina. As the leather bends, its oils and waxes shift beneath the surface, creating the beautiful pull-up effect. Naturally water-resistant and built for years of everyday use, these covers are made for the long haul.

Hot-stuffed leather is infused with a proprietary blend of greases, waxes, and oils in heated drums - a process requiring at least 89 production steps over 28 working days.

A Note About Chromexcel: If you prefer leather that stays pristine with minimal visible wear, Chromexcel may not be right for you!

Its rich blend of oils and waxes means Chromexcel will naturally develop scratches, scuffs, and marks through everyday use. These aren't defects - they're part of the character. 

Many light marks can be reduced simply by rubbing the leather with your thumb, allowing the natural waxes and oils to redistribute. Over time, your notebook will develop a patina that is unique to you.
